Whether you need to write your Will, probate a Will or protect your estate by setting up a trust, our experienced Wills and probate solicitors can help you.

Our team can assist with writing a legally sound Will, protecting the assets that are most important to you. We will make sure your estate is distributed to your own wishes.

Planning for after your death and making a Will is very important.

There are many issues to consider when making a Will such as tax and avoiding potential family disputes.

At Brian Lynch & Associates we have the experience of what is important at this time. We will assist you in planning your future with the drafting of your Will to take into account your wishes and intentions in a tax efficient way. After death we will administer your estate and follow through on your wishes. We will assist your executors and oversee the distribution of your estate and finalisation of land transactions on behalf of your beneficiaries.

Where your family member has died without having made a Will we will assist you through the probate process through to overseeing the distribution of their estate and finalisation of land transactions on behalf of their beneficiaries.

We recommend that all clients should have an Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA) or “Living Will” in place as well as a Will. This is a legal document by which you can choose the person(s) who you would wish to act on your behalf in managing your affairs if you were to become mentally unable to do so yourself at some time in the future. Having an EPA/Living Will in place can avoid disputes between family and loved ones in relation to decisions regarding your care, health, property and affairs generally, if you were to lose capacity in the future.
